I finally have my life back!! After 2 STRAIGHT months of football, it has come to an end! Caden LOVED every minute of it. He didn't miss 1 practice (thank you, thank you!!) This was his first year of tackle, he played flag last year. Really he should have played a league down (Jr. Mites), but he didn't. And for his first year he did soooo good! Steve was so proud because he was on the STARTING offense and defense teams (Caden didn't really understand how cool that was...but he will, oh, he will!!)
He played running back, corner and safety! His team had so much heart and had so much fun. We played some awesome teams and were so happy when we won 2 games. Caden was bummed he never scored a touchdown but we were so proud of him because he DID score 2 extra points and we would have lost the game without them!!!
at one game, they had an announcer who announced each of the players name over the loud speaker!!
one of the funnest things for the boys was running thru the banners at halftime!!!
Caden was not afraid to tackle and was the king of "Buffalo"! (a fun tackling game they did in practice)
